This hotel is always the best. Check in, clerks, breakfast, check out ….. just always the best. We have stayed here often AND will continue to do so when travelling through Edmonton. Mukesh, the breakfast attendant, really has set up the kitchen and eating area in a professional atmosphere. He is a gentleman and really does a great deal to make you feel comfortable in the morning. I also want to mention three other staff members. Campbell, Abdul, and Rita on the front desk. They are amazing. They answered our questions professionally and assisted with us when we needed something special. Just a tremendous team throughout the hotel. Stay here as you won’t be disappointed.
Excellent stay right after Christmas. The hotel also has some plug in if the weather gets very cold for your vehicle. Room was warm, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.
Very excellent place to stay. All the staff was extremely friendly. I must give a huge thank you to Laurie. She was working the breakfast kitchen and she was so amazing. She always went above and beyond to help people. 100% amazing human being.
We had a very pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we arrived and handled our request for a pet-friendly room with no issues at all. They even assigned us a room on the first floor, which made it very convenient to quickly take our dogs out for walks. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. One small area for improvement would be the gym, as it was under renovation and some of the equipment felt a bit outdated. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with pets.
Great stay! I was welcomed upon arrival with smiles. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in quite sometime. My room was very clean and the bed & pillows were super comfortable. (Which is always a hilite) The bathroom was a tad dated, but again very clean! The hotel itself was very close to restaurants and shopping, I would definitely stay here again.
Was a quiet place to rest up for the night. The Employee thanked me for my loyalty. Bed was good But the odour of the carpet was awful. Even in the hallway leading up to my room you noticed right away that nothing has been shampooed or vacuumed. Was hoping to try the breakfast but due to the time change I couldn’t wait for 8:00am SK time as I had to hit the road.
Very clean and the check in was handled professionally and in a friendly manner. Comfortable beds and the breakfast was good. The coffee could be better.
Nice hotel, very quiet, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, regular Holiday Inn breakfast! Staff is friendly and professional. I like staying there as it’s on my way out to go home and it is close to my dealership, so it’s very convenient. The rates are pretty good compared to other Holiday Inns in Edmonton. Would definitely recommend.
